Ozzy Osbourne must be over his extreme sinusitis.
Live Nation announced Thursday that the heavy metal gods have scheduled their three recently cancelled shows in Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. The Rexall show will be Wednesday, March 2, followed by Calgary on March 4 and Vancouver on March 7.
Previously purchased tickets will be honoured at the door on the new date. Fans are not required to repurchase or exchange their tickets. Ticketholders unable to attend the new date will be notified by email from Ticketmaster on refund options.
Tickets for the new dates go on sale Thursday, Feb. 11 at 4 p.m. local tine.
Just two hours before their sold-out The End Tour concert at Rexall Place on Jan. 30, Black Sabbath pulled the plug on the show. Messages on the band’s official Twitter and Facebook feeds read, “Due to extreme sinusitis with Ozzy Osbourne the shows in both Edmonton and Calgary have been postponed.” Many fans were already on their way to the venue when the cancellation was announced.
